Our commitment to quality means all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. In these cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • If "Take What You Need" cancels your order.

  • An item in your order becomes unavailable post-purchase.

  • Received items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please reach out to us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.


Given our unique on-demand creation process, cancellation requests are handled individually. If your order is already being processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, unopened and original packaged accidental orders may be returned. Opened packages are ineligible for returns. Need help? Reach to us through our contact form.



At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before finalizing it.

Order Fulfillment

Standard Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all new orders within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way. Delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days post-shipment. At this time we do not ship internationally. 

Expedited Shipping Options

Currently, expedited shipping services are not available. We are dedicated to ensuring timely delivery within our standard shipping times.

Shipping Liability

Please note that "Take What You Need" is not liable for any issues caused by the postal service, such as lost or stolen packages, or problems arising from incorrectly provided shipping addresses. In cases where the tracking information indicates a package as 'successfully delivered', the responsibility shifts to the postal service provider.
